About the Position

The Front-End Construction/Projects team at Eaton works on large-scale construction and engineering projects in the UK and internationally, involved in landmark infrastructure, energy, and real estate development projects. As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will act for leading developers, financiers, and government departments, providing expert advice and guidance on complex construction law matters.

About You

We are seeking a top-tier lawyer with a strong background in front-end construction and infrastructure/projects law, looking to join our team in London. You will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience at a magic circle, silver circle, or large international firm, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on construction law matters
  • Draft and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements
  • Delegate work to juniors and supervise them, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Manage client relationships, building trust and delivering exceptional service

Requirements

  • 3 years post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Strong background in front-end construction and infrastructure/projects law
  • Excellent academic record
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
