We take pride in being at the forefront of education, innovation, and service delivery, with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care and teamwork.
Our Team: Our facility is state-of-the-art and purpose-built. Our team comprises 4 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, and a well-established Nursing team, including Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants. We utilize advanced systems for effective demand management.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a range of services including consultations, home visits, and prescription management.
- Make independent, professional decisions regarding patient care.
- Evaluate the healthcare needs of patients with undiagnosed conditions.
- Screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Develop health care plans in collaboration with patients.
- Deliver health education and counseling.
- Manage patient admissions and referrals to other care providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely consultation records.
- Issue prescriptions in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Fulfill all standard duties and responsibilities associated with a GP in primary care.

Job Details:6 sessions per week
6 weeks of annual leave plus 1 week for study, pro rata
Adherence to BMA Model Contract
