Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our Talent Acquisition Platform through paid and organic marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel acquisition activities to generate qualified leads.
- Work in partnership with Brand and Customer marketing teams to leverage and develop content for lead generation.
- Manage and execute paid acquisition campaigns, including social media, paid search, outbound lead generation, account-based marketing, and partnerships.
- Create prospect-specific marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, newsletters, and buying guides.
- Organize and manage relevant events for lead-generation activities.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support the conversion of MQLs through the sales funnel.
- Own KPI data and reporting for acquisition marketing activity, including budget management and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in paid online marketing, including PPC, social media, and partnerships.
- Experience in creating effective campaigns and marketing collateral, demonstrating optimisation and performance improvement.
- Experience in organizing events and industry conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in marketing in B2B software, IT, or other relevant annuity revenue marketing models.
