Job Title: Exhibition and Events Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior/Project Manager to take responsibility for managing our Graphic services across an array of high-profile Events and Exhibition organisers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and bespoke project support for Graphics delivery and installation on major UK and European exhibitions and events.
  • Coordinate on-site Graphics and Display requirements for major Brand Clients and in-house/outsourced Production environments and installation teams.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Creative, Production, and Digital teams, to deliver complete and fully integrated project solutions.
  • Liaise with Studio and Creative teams on concept development and collaborate with colleagues to deliver project solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical appreciation of the Graphics industry.
  • Professional approach to work and appearance.
  • Ability to function under pressure and remain calm, with a clear ability to prioritise and communicate effectively at all levels.
