Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team at Peaple Talent, a leading provider of educational technology solutions. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our customers by creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content.

About the Role

As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides, data sheets, and safety guides. Your work will be critical in ensuring that our customers can safely and effectively use our products to achieve their learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain attractive and engaging user guides, safety guides, data sheets, installation guides, and quick start sheets that adhere to a common standard.
  • Visual Content: Create and maintain diagrams using Adobe Illustrator and SolidWorks Viewer, photograph products, and collaborate with our graphic designer to produce visually appealing and accurate documentation.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all documentation meets relevant safety legislation and is accurate and complete.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all content.
  • Document Management: Oversee document retention and change control, ensuring all documents are up to date and in line with company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with SolidWorks Viewer.
  • Basic photography skills and experience with Photoshop.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Understanding of product safety legislation and documentation compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
