This role presents a wonderful opportunity within our Watford service, where you will offer essential support. This may include providing emotional reassurance during difficult times, engaging in friendly conversations, or simply being a comforting presence.

Aspirations is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to ensure the security and safety of our supported living environment, which accommodates adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with morning routines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in living areas.
  • Provide care and support as needed.
  • Complete necessary documentation.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities to protect the rights of adults.
  • Assist with personal care tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Willingness to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • A positive, caring demeanor.
  • A good sense of humor in challenging situations.
