Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at Golden Charter Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and funeral directors.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to ensure thorough processing of monthly accounts.
  • Perform daily tasks, including processing invoices, raising and matching purchase orders, and processing expenses claims.
