About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced International eCommerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all eCommerce operations across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities- GTM Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Website Custodianship: Collaborate with our Head of Website to ensure our online store is optimized for maximum performance, including merchandising, planning, and executing offers, and driving key actions such as email sign-ups and customer surveys.
- CX Ownership: Own the customer experience, ensuring a tailored experience across every touchpoint on the customer journey, including conducting surveys and deep customer research to expand our understanding of customer cohorts by territory.
- Cross Collaboration: Work closely with our growth, brand, and retention teams to implement and execute strategies, and collaborate with customer support teams to enhance overall customer service and resolve eCommerce-related issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and liaise with logistics teams, as well as managing and proposing optimal merchandise assortment per channel.
- 5+ years of experience as an eCommerce manager or agency eCommerce manager, ideally in fast-growing companies where autonomy and effective decision-making are highly valued.
- Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and high standards.
- Strong grasp of eCommerce and the dynamics across teams.
- Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while remaining calm and effective.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and all aspects of commerce trading.
- Operational proficiency in paid media, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and analytics.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Northbeam, capable of running complex tests and generating detailed reports.
- Ability to manage multiple teams across different time zones.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices.
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Klaviyo, and other eCommerce SaaS platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Deep understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, Northbeam, and other eCommerce SaaS tools.
- Experience with top-tier eCommerce tools like Klaviyo, Motion, and others.
- An interest in the culinary and cookware world.
- Love of food and cooking.
