About the Role

As our International eCommerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all eCommerce operations across multiple Shopify stores. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize contribution margin and drive revenue growth
  • Managing merchandising, planning, and executing offers to increase AOV, conversion rate, and LTV
  • Overseeing website-related activities, including landing pages, funnels, sales, and new features
  • Auditing the website to ensure a bug-free and pixel-perfect user experience
  • Monitoring and creating online reports and web analytics to inform commerce strategy
  • Collaborating with growth, brand, and retention teams to implement and execute strategies
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce professional with a strong grasp of eCommerce and its dynamics. Your ideal profile should include:

  • 5+ years of experience as an eCommerce manager or agency eCommerce manager
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and all aspects of commerce trading
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Klaviyo, and other eCommerce SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
