About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Bodyshop, coordinating workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Direct and motivate a team of bodyshop staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and foster lasting relationships.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Recruitment and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Bodyshop staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role with a track record of success.
  • Leadership and People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
  • Professional Development: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.
