Ourclient has a turnover of approximately 250 million per annum andover 700 members of staff employed in 13 car dealerships and onededicated service centre across the country giving the businessboth a national presence and a local communityspirit.

Theyoffer a wide range of new cars and vans whilst providing a varietyof used and manufacturerapproved vehicles to suit any need or pricerange.

Theyare now actively looking to recruit for a Bodyshop Manager fortheir Hartlepooldealership.

JobPurpose:
The BodyshopManager will be leading a team of bodyshop staff. You willundoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion forbuilding excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forwardprofitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager youwill inspire your team to provide the best possible services forthe customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets areachieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providingsupport coaching and motivation tothem.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Directthe daily activities of the Bodyshop coordinating workflow tomaximise efficiency andproductivity.
  • Fostera culture of excellence leading by example to maintain toptierqualitycontrol.
  • Engagewith customers providing exceptional service and fostering lastingrelationships.
  • Managebudgets control costs and drive profitability without compromisingonquality.
  • Overseethe recruitment training and development of Bodyshop staff to builda highperformingteam.
  • Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations maintaining a safeworkenvironment.
AboutYou:
  • Provenexperience in an Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Managerrole.
  • Exceptionalleadership and team managementskills.
  • Strongorganisational and schedulingabilities
  • Abilityto motivate and push team members to achieve exceptionalresults.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills


RequirementsEssentialSkills &Experience:
  • Provenexperience in a Bodyshop management role with a track record ofsuccess.
  • Strongleadership and people management skills with the ability tomotivate and inspire ateam.
  • Excellentorganisational and communication skills both verbal andwritten.
  • Athorough understanding of Bodyshop processes including estimatingand insurance companyprocedures.
  • Acommitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreastof industryadvancements.
  • Arelevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent ishighlydesirable.
