Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Bodyshop Manager to lead our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Bodyshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Direct the daily activities of the Bodyshop, coordinating workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Foster a culture of excellence, leading by example to maintain top-tier quality control.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Staff Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Bodyshop staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role with a track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
  • Professional Development: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.
