Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Polytec Personnel Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building relationships with existing customers in the DACH, Nordic, and Eastern European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research target accounts for our company's products and services.
- Develop and execute high-quality prospecting strategies to engage senior executives and generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote new product launches, events, and initiatives.
- Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Ensure quotations and referrals are followed through to purchase order.
- Strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Unique and insightful communication skills.
- Confidence, persistence, and curiosity required in sales development.
- Very well-organized and capable of prioritizing and managing their time effectively.
- IT literate, competent in using MS Office and CRM.
- Advanced German speaking skills (essential).
