About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Finance team at Jane Street, where you will play a crucial role in managing our European counterparty relationships. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for centralizing our bank and broker relationships, optimizing our wallets, and ensuring we have solid agreements with our partners.

The primary functions of this position include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our key sell-side relationships
  • Building expertise in our European wallets and resource allocation
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with our clearing and trading activities
  • Collaborating with our Legal, Risk, and Financing teams to ensure compliance and stability
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize our clearing and execution wallets
  • Building relationships with our partners to ensure we are well-positioned to react to market and regulatory changes
About You
  • 10+ years of experience in clearing, prime, or treasury roles
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clearing firms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new trading strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English required
