Position Overview

Marmion is seeking a dynamic and personable Software Implementation Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative team focused on fleet and asset management solutions.

  • Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum, based on experience

  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays and an additional day for each year of service (up to 30 days)

As a key contributor to the implementation team, you will report to the Consultancy Manager and play a crucial role in delivering software onboarding and training initiatives for new clients, while also providing consultancy support to our existing clientele. Collaborating closely with a Project Manager, your consultancy efforts will encompass system setup, configuration, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehending client business goals and requirements to deliver tailored product specifications for effective onboarding.
  • Executing system implementation and configuration for clients, offering training to all end-users, including both super users and regular system users.
  • Contributing to the development of digital learning materials for a new eLearning platform, considering diverse learning preferences to enhance the onboarding experience and promote self-directed learning.
  • Ensuring projects are clearly defined with agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Documenting time spent on all consultancy activities during projects.
  • Providing clients with practical solutions to challenges, while documenting and reporting all consultancy and training sessions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in delivering consultancy and training services, as well as managing software implementation projects within the fleet sector. You should be adept at building strong relationships with clients and have a commitment to achieving outstanding results. Given the importance of client relationships in this role, regular face-to-face meetings with clients will be necessary.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in providing consultancy, configuration, and system training in a comparable setting.
  • Knowledge and expertise in analyzing customer business processes and gathering requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software implementation projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Creativity and innovation, with a history of producing high-quality training programs and materials, including video content.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Understanding of customer journeys and learning styles.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with the fleet and leasing industry is a plus.
  • A valid driving license is required.
