This role demands extensive expertise in virtualization technologies, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Azure, along with proficiency in Exchange Online/O365 configuration and troubleshooting.

As a Systems Infrastructure Specialist, you will oversee the daily administration, support, and troubleshooting of client systems in a dynamic environment characterized by diverse configurations. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing software installations, managing upgrades, and resolving issues both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Windows and Hyper-V environments effectively.
  • Deploy IT security measures, manage cybersecurity protocols, and ensure comprehensive network defense strategies.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user management and system access.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data center network environments.
  • Employ advanced PowerShell scripting and automation techniques to streamline repetitive tasks and develop automated solutions of varying complexity.
