Position Summary

We are in search of a Program Coordinator to strategize and manage projects that resonate with the company's overarching objectives. The Program Coordinator will spearhead a team dedicated to fulfilling project targets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implementing projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Formulating Project Management Plans and Work Breakdown Structures
  • Identifying stakeholders and devising project Communication Plans
  • Overseeing costs and project scope
  • Facilitating interdepartmental communications
  • Acquiring and managing resources for the project team
  • Maintaining customer relationships and supplier interactions
  • Conducting risk management planning and response initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possesses a Project Management qualification (PMI, APM, or equivalent)
  • Holds a degree or has equivalent experience
  • Proactive individual with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional communicator and leader
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in safety-sensitive environments
  • Commitment to delivering project outputs and outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Proficient in managing project planning activities
  • Ability to assess team performance and resolve conflicts

Key Functions:

  • International travel may be necessary
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license
  • Capability to obtain SC Clearance if required
