Job Summary:
Ingeus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of participants and develop a deep understanding of each individual's needs to create a tailored support plan.
- Job Search Support: Provide guidance on job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation to help participants secure employment.
- Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate job placement and support.
- Performance Monitoring: Track participant progress and adjust support plans as needed to ensure successful job placement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a performance-driven environment, preferably in a role related to employment support or career coaching.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse participants and stakeholders.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as social work, counseling, or education.

- Competitive Salary: £31,000 per annum.
