En esta posición, tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Liderar el desarrollo de modelos desde el prototipo hasta la entrega, utilizando las mejores prácticas en investigación y desarrollo de software.
  • Colaborar con un equipo diverso para compartir ideas y trabajar de manera efectiva en diferentes regiones.
  • Ser responsable de entregar resultados de alta calidad de manera oportuna.
  • Explorar nuevas tecnologías e implementar ideas creativas para abordar desafíos complejos.
  • Comunicar tu trabajo de manera efectiva a audiencias tanto técnicas como no técnicas.

Acerca de ti

El candidato ideal para este puesto debe tener:

Calificaciones básicas:

  • Doctorado o Maestría en un campo relevante.
  • Experiencia en la construcción de sistemas de recuperación de información, procesamiento del lenguaje natural o aprendizaje automático.
  • Fuertes habilidades de ingeniería de software para la creación de prototipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y análisis de datos.

Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Experiencia práctica en academia o industria con sistemas de IR, ML o NLP.
  • Familiaridad con el diseño e implementación de soluciones utilizando modelos de lenguaje grandes.
  • Publicaciones en conferencias o revistas de renombre relacionadas con el campo.
  • Dominio de Python, Java o Scala.
  • Experiencia en la escritura de código de calidad de producción y contribución a la entrega de software.
