  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer invoices and payments
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
