Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices

Requirements:
