eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively, fixtures are set up correctly, and shelves are well-stocked.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing merchandising standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver great standards and service for our clients
