Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading our kitchen teams and driving the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate kitchen teams
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and inventory management
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
  • Develop and train junior chefs to achieve their full potential
