We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Revenues and Benefits Systems Support Team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Business Rates Support & Development Manager and work closely with colleagues across the Revenues and Benefits service to ensure efficient use of Capita One Revenues and Benefits and NEC Document Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Revenues and Benefits year end reconciliation and annual billing process as directed.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of third-party contract performance by regularly reviewing KPIs, implementing regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Provide technical support to colleagues across the Revenues and Benefits service.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of all legislation relevant to the accurate administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax and Business Rates.

- Excellent knowledge of Housing Benefit subsidy.
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency in the use of MS Office 365 applications.
