{"Key Responsibilities": "As a Chef Manager at Aramark, you will be responsible for delivering consistent quality in planning and execution of events, demonstrating established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency, and leading a catering team to ensure quality in the final presentation of food. You will also be responsible for training and leading employees to ensure knowledge of food menus and promotional calendars, rewarding and recognizing employees, and monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective client and customer rapport for mutually effective business relationships, demonstrating excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model, and implementing communication strategies to build catering revenue.

Financial Performance: You will be responsible for delivering food and labor targets, developing and executing strategies to achieve catering revenue forecasts, and ensuring accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables.

Efficiency: You will be responsible for executing catering events of wide-ranging size and scope, including staffing and management, and ensuring compliance with Aramark food, occupational, and environmental safety policies in all culinary and kitchen operations.

Key Requirements: This opportunity is best suited to someone who has worked in the hospitality or retail space and is looking for either a step up or someone operating at this level. You will need to have previous management experience and cheffing experience, as well as a DBS check, and be able to obtain a Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety certification. You will also need to be a confident chef and leader, self-motivated and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive annual salary of £28,000, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm, with 40 working weeks per year, term time only.
