  • Execute a comprehensive range of Cost Estimation responsibilities from project initiation to completion, functioning both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Develop financial plans, cost assessments, bills of quantities, tender documentation, and evaluate supply chain payments.
  • Provide Quantity Surveying services during the construction phase, including management of changes, contractor payment requests, and final account settlements.
  • Timely prepare data and reports in the specified format for management and clients.
  • Work in conjunction with other service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service delivery.
  • Establish client relationships and provide an exceptional level of service on a project basis, in partnership with senior management.
