Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a comprehensive array of Cost Estimation tasks from project initiation to completion, functioning both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Develop financial plans, assessments, bills of quantities, tender documentation, and evaluate supply chain payments.
  • Provide Quantity Surveying services during the construction phase, including management of changes, contractor payment requests, and final account settlements.
  • Compile data and reports promptly in the required format for management and clients.
  • Work in conjunction with other service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, delivering outstanding service on a project basis in partnership with senior management.
