Job Title: Account Director

The Account Director will be responsible for leading the commercial agenda and Diageo performance within a given geographic area. This role will involve owning and leading the commercial strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive business growth and improve Diageo's market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  5. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to ensure business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and business outcomes.
  5. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and ability to develop effective commercial strategies.
