Account Director

The Account Director will be responsible for leading the commercial agenda and Diageo performance within a given geographic area. This role will involve owning and leading the commercial strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive business growth and improve Diageo's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
