Key Duties:

  • Oversee a comprehensive array of tribunal disputes encompassing all facets of labor law.
  • Provide guidance to senior management on workforce relations matters.
  • Draft, evaluate, and offer insights on human resources policies, employment agreements, and executive service contracts.
  • Represent affluent clients in negotiating service contracts, team transitions, or termination agreements.
  • Deliver legal advice on labor law to clients based internationally and manage global projects and consultations.

Essential Qualifications:
