Versioning Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Versioning Producer to join our team at DMS, a leading full-service creative digital agency. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content to our global studio clients.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our internal operations teams and external clients to ensure seamless delivery of content, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing complex delivery schedules and communicating challenges and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee the re-versioning of TV and social content for the domestic market, ensuring that client expectations are met and deadlines are met.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve operational or client issues, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Scheduling and Order Management: Manage schedules and place orders via DMS systems, updating project tracking and distribution software accurately.
- International Collaboration: Communicate clearly with LA and Sydney teams, sharing workloads and best practices with international colleagues.
- After-hours Support: Provide after-hours support for internal operations teams and external clients, including weekend working as required.
- Post-production Experience: Proven experience working within post-production operations, with a track record of providing high-level service to major clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, shifting timelines, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-moving creative environment, with the flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing situations.
