Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Manage complex delivery schedules, prioritizing work according to tight deadlines and communicating challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve operational or client issues swiftly.
  • Manage schedules, place orders, and update project tracking and distribution software accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with LA and Sydney teams, sharing workloads with international colleagues.
  • Provide after-hours support for internal operations teams and external clients and vendors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in post-production operations, providing high-level service to major clients.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving creative environment, with the flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing situations.
