About the Role

This role will work a night shift and/or a mixed day/night shift rotation in a busy 24-hour office to help us deliver consistently for our clients around the globe. As a Versioning Producer, you will sit within the Client Services department and be the main contact at DMS for the marketing teams of key global studio clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing complex delivery schedules and communicating challenges and prioritizing work according to tight deadlines.
  • Ensure clients' expectations of quality and efficiency are always met, responding to client queries accurately and efficiently.
  • In collaboration with our internal operations teams, act as a trouble-shooter, swiftly resolving any operational or client issues.
  • Manage schedules and place orders via DMS systems and update project tracking and distribution software accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with LA and Sydney teams and share workloads with international colleagues.
  • Provide after-hours support for internal operations teams and external clients and vendors, including weekend working.

Requirements

  • Previous demonstrable experience of working within post-production operations, providing a high-level service to major clients.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery.
  • Ability to liaise with clients of all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving creative environment with the flexibility and resilience to successfully adapt to changing situations.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, shifting timelines, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
