Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
- Conduct financial assessments, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Review and process monthly forecasting inputs, ensuring accuracy with a focus on volume, mix, and pricing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly local distribution costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring adherence to all critical deadlines.
- Manage the Business Intelligence reporting platform on Power BI for finance-related insights.
- Generate monthly Profit & Loss reports with forecasts for management, including commentary for all major business units.
- Perform proactive variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year to aid business decisions.
- Facilitate monthly actual/forecast meetings with non-financial and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business unit management teams to develop new KPIs.

Qualifications
- Ideally, a Qualified or Newly Qualified professional, although Finalists will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial finance experience.
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated experience as a business partner.
