About the Role:

As a Digital Content Coordinator at Chartway Group Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the digital presence of our company. You will own the delivery and coordination of content across all digital channels, including social media accounts, websites, and internal communication platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content and eye-catching graphics to enhance our online presence
  • Optimize digital journeys and refine the online user experience to align with our strategic goals
  • Monitor trends, analyze competitor content, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital channels

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of creating and managing content for social media channels
  • Excellent IT and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong understanding of SEO, digital journey development, and CMS management
