We are a leading Southeast land-led housebuilder, known for our innovative approach to developing new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers. With our ongoing growth plans, we are looking to expand our communications team with a new Digital Content Coordinator . This permanent role can be based at either our Coxheath, Kent, or Crawley, Surrey offices.

About the Role:

As our Digital Content Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the digital presence of Chartway Partnerships Group. You’ll own the delivery and coordination of content across all digital channels—ranging from external social media accounts and websites to internal communication platforms like SharePoint.

Your role will involve creating engaging content and eye-catching graphics, optimising digital journeys, and refining the online user experience to align with our strategic goals.

You’ll monitor trends, analyse competitor content, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization. If you have a strong understanding of SEO, digital journey development, and experience with CMS management, this role could be the perfect fit for you to thrive and grow with us

What You’ll Need…
