Hydraulic Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team at Pertemps Heathrow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site hydraulic hose replacements for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain stock levels within the Mobile Sales & Service Unit (MSSU), ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the MSSU, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Keep the MSSU clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage supplied documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist colleagues within the franchise as needed, providing support and expertise.
- Basic mechanical knowledge, with a strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
- Good manual dexterity and physical ability, with the capacity to lift and maneuver equipment.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a high level of organization and time management.
- Full UK driving license, with a valid vehicle.
- Completion of induction training (provided), with a strong foundation in technical and engineering principles.
