About the Role

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an experienced practitioner to join our Practice Development team in Medical Specialities South. As a Practice Development Nurse, you will work closely with an established community of Nurse Educators to support the growth and development of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students as a Practice Supervisor and Assessor, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their development.
  • Contribute to promoting quality within your current position, leveraging your experience to drive positive change.
Requirements
  • Registered on part 1 of the NMC
  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
What We Offer

We provide education and training as part of the role induction period, ensuring you have the necessary skills to excel in this position. Our team works predominantly 5 days a week, 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend sessions and varied hours to support night duty.
