Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Airflow Developments Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers from mechanical, electronic, and control perspectives.

  • Design and revise MEP designs in AutoCAD MEP and Revit, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to technical support tickets (PIDs), track them through to resolution, and diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the internal sales team with technical and commercial expertise.
  • Review M&E specifications/schedules, check drawings and technical specifications, and obtain any missing information from the customer.
  • Produce and issue quotations, project proposals, fan schedules, bills of materials, and information packs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Field Engineer as required to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and effective business communication primarily through our company CRM system.
  • Provide high-level technical support customer service in a professional and timely manner, upholding company standards with a proactive approach.
