Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, covering hardware and software-related problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or external vendors as necessary.
- Perform regular maintenance of hardware and software to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure all system updates are performed on all end-user equipment.
- Provide new starter inductions and training on IT systems and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT-related documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production.
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong technical resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving license.
- Commitment to the company's values and principles.
- Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £39,000 depending on skills and experience.
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
