The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Duck & Waffle. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Your Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language communication skills
- The ability to lead team by example and promote team work
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
- Deep respect for diversity and individuality
- Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative-taking
- The ability to maintain set processes and standards
