About the Role

The front of house team at Duck & Waffle is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service, fine food, and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and promote a positive and professional team culture
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Manage tables and ensure timely service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions

About You

  • Experience working as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and promote teamwork
  • Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
  • Deep respect for diversity and individuality
  • Ability to maintain set processes and standards
