- Assist clients with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication administration, stock audits, and collecting prescriptions.
- Encourage healthy eating and drinking habits.
- Implement infection prevention control measures and ensure a safe environment.
- Perform housework, including laundry, ironing, and cleaning, as required.
- Support clients with social and physical activities, such as shopping and hobbies.
- Document and report all relevant information, including changes to client health or concerns.
- Full Driver's Licence with driving experience (essential).
- Own car is desirable.
- Entry requirements: Aged 18 years and above.
- Satisfactory DBS check or police clearance.
- Relevant care and/or health certificate.
- Relevant experience in healthcare.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Experience of working in the care environment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
