We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various administrative roles, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Record and maintain financial transactions on accounting software, specifically Sage Line 50.
  • Communication and Banking: Maintain communication with banks and track account balances.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns.
  • Credit Control: Prepare customer invoices and collect debts.
  • Expense Management: Reconcile supplier statements and make timely payments.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll on Sage software and reconcile all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts.
  • Employee Support: Manage employee expenses and provide administrative support.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
  • Annual Accounts: Assist the accountant by providing information for annual accounts.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties and maintain office efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office management, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, excellent computer and administrative skills, and demonstrated payroll experience. The rate of pay is £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
