Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial advisers and paraplanners, including preparing client review packs, reports, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Client File Management: Manage client files, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Processing: Process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with product providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of policies and investments.
  • Diary Management: Support advisers with diary management and scheduling client appointments.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
