About the Role

Nelsons Solicitors is a leading law firm in the East Midlands, providing expert advice to clients across the UK. We are currently seeking an IFA Administrator to join our Investment Management department in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client data using our back office system, Intelliflo office
  • Handle general client administration tasks
  • Produce accurate valuation and charges statements for client annual reviews
  • Process new business and withdrawal requests promptly
  • Monitor and progress cases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail, and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic.
