Como profesional administrativo, desempeñarás un papel crucial en el apoyo a la gestión de nuevas competiciones de financiación de investigación y en asegurar operaciones impecables.

Responsabilidades Clave:
Identificar fechas y lugares adecuados, y comunicarse con gerentes de eventos externos Organizar enlaces de reuniones virtuales en plataformas como Zoom, Google Meet y Microsoft Teams Reservar salas, equipos audiovisuales, refrigerios y arreglos de viaje para reuniones presenciales Preparar materiales para reuniones y asegurar que las salas de reuniones estén adecuadamente configuradas Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de programas de financiación de investigación Preparar y mantener documentos, hojas de cálculo y plantillas en línea Organizar y gestionar carpetas en línea y estructuras de archivo Gestionar información a través de la Base de Datos de Gestión de Investigación Responder a buzones y líneas de ayuda, comunicándose con individuos importantes Proporcionar apoyo para tareas de recepción Cubrir la recepción durante el almuerzo y durante la ausencia del recepcionista Atender llamadas telefónicas, recibir visitantes y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad Asistir con los arreglos de viaje para visitantes y apoyar la logística de reuniones Gestionar el correo entrante y salienteCualificaciones
Conocimientos, Experiencia y Habilidades Técnicas Requeridas:
Mínimo 12 meses de experiencia en un rol administrativo Mínimo de 5 GCSEs (o equivalente) en grado C o superior, incluyendo matemáticas e inglés Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y dominio del inglés escrito y hablado Dedicación a proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional y mantener una actitud profesional en el teléfono Fuerte atención al detalle y mantenimiento de registros precisos Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma, adherirse a las pautas y buscar activamente soluciones innovadoras Determinación para alcanzar metas y esforzarse por mejoras Habilidades efectivas de planificación, organización y gestión del tiempo Fuertes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y competencia en Microsoft Office y/o Google SuiteInformación Adicional

£26,900 por año

Este es un rol híbrido basado en la oficina, con la expectativa de que todos los empleados asistan a nuestras oficinas un mínimo de 4 días al mes (generalmente trabajados como 1 día por semana) y puede aumentar según los requisitos del equipo. Para roles que implican tareas de recepción, el requisito mínimo de asistencia será mayor.
