About the Role:

The HR Coordinator will assist in overseeing all site HR duties with general HR administration and coordination. This includes supporting managers in all aspects of the recruitment process, from securing sign off for recruitment through to on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that proper documentation is produced and records are kept
  • Arrange contracts of employment, references and inductions for starters
  • Maintenance of all manual and electronic HR records
  • Identify and arrange any necessary training for employees
  • Act as the first point of call for all HR queries
  • Support all HR operational areas
  • Support all HR transactional activities
  • Payroll / Human Resources administration
  • Provide assistance to the HR Manager

About You:

We are looking for an individual with previous HR and Recruitment experience, excellent administrative and numerical skills, good attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and influencing skills, excellent organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative.
