Position Overview

The Associates Global is seeking a Lead UI Engineer to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to contribute to a dynamic organization with a global reach.

Our leadership team comprises seasoned entrepreneurs who are embarking on their third successful venture. We are in search of a Lead UI Engineer who is not only passionate about environmental sustainability but also interested in equity opportunities.

Your primary technical expertise should encompass React, Typescript, Docker, Python Django, and Postgres. Proficiency in SQL will be considered a significant advantage.

In this fast-paced setting, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of feature development, which includes planning, building, testing, deploying, and iterating on our products.

We expect you to have a minimum of two years of experience in a Senior or Lead Front End Development capacity, showcasing a high level of proficiency in React and Typescript. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing UI designs and demonstrating exceptional CSS skills. Experience in quality assurance and software testing is also essential.

If you possess any of the following skills, you will be an excellent fit for this position:

  • Experience with Tailwind or Radix UI is a significant advantage.
  • Background in global product development with multilingual support.
  • Expertise in creating complex components such as graphs, spreadsheets, and animations.
  • Familiarity with Tanstack Query.
  • Experience in end-to-end testing tools like Playwright or Mabl.
  • Contributions to open-source software.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for approximately two days per week in the office, as we believe that company culture and collaboration are crucial for success.

The selection process will include a technical assessment as part of the evaluation.
