- Support the development and implementation of our comprehensive training program, including arranging meetings and facilitating courses.
- Process claims on behalf of the School Staff Absence Scheme and maintain accurate records.
- Undertake routine budget monitoring, procurement, and charging for the service.
- Maintain high-quality documents within a file management system and support a range of EFS service activities.
We are looking for a confident and competent individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have a positive and flexible approach to teamwork and be able to manage your own workload, use your initiative, and prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
Educated to GCSE level A - C (or equivalent) in Maths and English with a formal qualification beyond GCSE (or equivalent), you will be competent in specialist functions relevant to business administration. You will also have excellent IT skills and experience of using a wide range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365.
