Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious development, Whitaker Grange in Ossett. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, managing the security of the development, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
About You- You will be a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will have a strong desire to work in the Health and Social Care sector and hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- You will be able to coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- You will be driven to continue growing your skills and lead by example, thinking on your feet to make a positive difference in the lives of our older residents.
